Texas Tech – Texas A&M Wrap Up

Quarterback Graham Harrell threw for three touchdowns and ran for two more as the seventh-ranked Red Raiders defeated Texas A&M 43-25. Texas Tech now has won four straight over the Aggies and 11 of the last 14 games. Tech also narrowed the all-time series to 34-32-1 while improving to 7-0 on the season.

It appears that even with all the attention that has been directed towards the Red Raiders, the team (sorry for borrowing the over-used sports cliché) is taking it one game at a time to reach their goal. Don Williams says the team is focused at the task at hand.

Tech running back Baron Batch on not looking ahead:

(From the Lubbock A-J)

"I don't even know who we play (next) really, to be honest," Tech running back Baron Batch admitted after the 43-25 win, a game more taxing than the final score. "We'll enjoy this tomorrow and then we'll get to work on - who do we play next? … And then we'll get to work on Kansas. It's a nice win to build on, definitely."
